Chippenham based Huw Thomas Commercial; acting on behalf of national property owner Hansteen, has let 2 industrial units on the Bowerhill Industrial Estate in Melksham, Wiltshire.

The two adjoining units have both been let to Plastic Engineering Solutions Ltd who have relocated from elsewhere in Melksham. The company already has other units on the Bowerhill Estate.

The units are located on Indus Acre, part of the Bowerhill Estate, and total 6,318 sq.ft. They have been let on a new single lease for a period of 5 years Huw Thomas of the the letting agent, Huw Thomas Commercial comments ” Plastic Engineering Solutions were seeking to centralise their Melksham business on the Bowerhill Estate where they already had existing space.
