Within only a very short space of time from the Landlord completing the refurbishment of two industrial / warehouse units, both have secured new occupiers.

Units 9 and 10 of the Westpoint development on Chippenham’s Bumpers Farm Estate have undergone a refurbishment programme by property owner Logicor, which has included full internal and external redecoration, new lighting and a new electrically operated loading door.  Both units provide an internal floor area of approximately 2,240 sq.ft.

Unit 9 has been taken on a new lease by removal and storage company Comfort Moves, while Unit 10 has been leased by Discount Clearance Outlet Ltd who specialise in the disposal of end of line stock from retailers.

Huw Thomas of Huw Thomas Commercial, who agreed the deals on both units, comments: “There continues to be a significant shortage of good quality industrial and warehouse units in the Chippenham area. These two units were well presented by the Landlord after being refurbished, resulting in quick lettings.  Units 7 and 8 on the same estate are undergoing refurbishment at present, with an offer already accepted on Unit 7 and an offer received on Unit 8.”
