Huw Thomas Commercial, acting jointly with Humberts, has completed the letting of Bank House in Chippenham to Escalus Software Systems Ltd trading as Expensys. The expense management company have relocated and expanded from their previous offices at Bumpers Farm, Chippenham.

Bank House dates back to 1873 and is a prominent detached building on Bath Road, close to Chippenham town centre. Expensys have taken a new lease on approximately 2,144 sq.ft of office space spread over the ground, first and second floors of the building. Bank House also benefits from its own private car park at the rear of the property.

A spokesperson for Expensys comments “Continued expansion of ExpenSys has required more space and greater security and the new location will be able to provide both for some time to come. With staff and visitor parking on site, and only five minutes walk from Chippenham railway station, the new location will be convenient for both employees and visitors.”

Huw Thomas of Huw Thomas Commercial comments “Bank House is an impressive building with great local heritage. I hope that Expensys will flourish in the building for many years to come”
