A new letting has been completed at the Chippenham Trade Centre on the Bumpers Farm Estate in Chippenham. The Centre, where other occupiers include Screwfix; Plumbase; Boels Hire; Rexel and ETB Exhausts and Batteries, is now fully occupied.

The new tenant is Motor Parts Direct who already have over 140 branches across the country and were keen to secure a new outlet in Chippenham. They have taken a new lease on Unit E, a recently refurbished end of terrace unit of 2,425 sq.ft.

Huw Thomas of Huw Thomas Commercial, who acted jointly with JLL in letting the unit, comments “Unit E is the most visible of the units on the Trade Centre. It was therefore no surprise that we had a lot of interest and multiple bids for this unit. Motor Parts Direct are a very successful and expanding company, and our client was delighted to be able to agree terms with them.”

Motor Parts Direct are currently fitting out the unit and aim to be open and trading in March.
