Wiltshire based legal practice Batt Broadbent are expanding their office in Chippenham by relocating to 65 St Mary Street. The location is the traditional “professional” street in the town, with adjacent occupiers including fellow lawyers Forrester Sylvester Mackett and accountants Pearson May.

The period building will provide the firm with over 3,000 sq.ft of office space, plus on site car parking.

The letting was agreed by Huw Thomas of Huw Thomas Commercial, acting on behalf of private owners of the property. He comments “Batt Broadbent have been looking for some time to expand their presence in Chippenham and have their own front door, rather than be in shared building where they are at present.  65 St Mary Street is an attractive building that has recently been fully redecorated and carpeted so presents very well and was attractive to Batt Broadbent”.

Peter Warr, Partner in Charge of the Batt Broadbent Chippenham office comments “After looking at a number of options in the town, I’m delighted that we have now secured a new office in a good central location that will benefit both our staff and our clients, and also provide us with the space to expand the business”.

The new tenant is now fitting out the property and will open for business from there on the 11th November.
